Have you ever wanted to make stuff levitate?

Today’s trick won’t fool the millions but it will still get people going… “Huh?”… for at least a few seconds. It’s a nice trick to perform at a party, but probably not appropriate if you want to be like Chris Angel of David Copperfield

Extra Tips For Rounding Off This Trick

Use the gag of the water disappearing to stick your thumb in the cup.
Do the trick while you are just drinking something. Perform it like your thinking of it spontaneously!
Once again, just because it is easy, it doesn’t mean the trick is not magical!
Create some emotion to your audience with what you are saying.
Make sure to have fun with this trick… I know I do!

I got it to even levitate in my hand looking kind of like what you did there but with no tricks XD.
