Today’s trick won’t fool the millions but it will still get people going… “Huh?”… for at least a few seconds. It’s a nice trick to perform at a party, but probably not appropriate if you want to be like Chris Angel of David Copperfield 
Extra Tips For Rounding Off This Trick
- Use the gag of the water disappearing to stick your thumb in the cup.
- Do the trick while you are just drinking something. Perform it like your thinking of it spontaneously!
- Once again, just because it is easy, it doesn’t mean the trick is not magical!
- Create some emotion to your audience with what you are saying.
- Make sure to have fun with this trick… I know I do!

brandon, ruff here i can tell you as a magician that it is very important not to rush to learn as many tricks as you can, it is better to take a few tricks and practice until you are an expert at those few tricks, and also keep a record of them so that later you will refer back to them and say, oh yeah i remember that one . good luck and you have chosen a great path , just dont get discouraged if you have some non believers, Russ
