Well basically if you reveal the secret to anyone it will lose the surprise factor that wow factor for them.
The surprise and wow factor is so important in the world of magic…so this is one of the biggest reason why you should not tell them the secret.

Well basically I want to see people perform great magic!
I want to teach you the correct ways of how to perform on the streets. I want to give you the secrets that I wish people gave me when I started.

Hey I have a question for you. Do you ever do more complicated magic tricks just because they might have a larger “stun” factor, or do you just stick with the simple ones that I’ve seen you do on youtube and on this website? Or maybe you just don’t do them on camera because you don’t want to give them away… anyways just wondering… and please don’t take me for being a smart alack or anything for asking. I was just wondering what your thoughts were on this because sometimes I get the feeling like I don’t deserve to be showing people magic tricks unless they take an immense amount of practice. Basically, because that’s what I think really sets you apart from all the other hundreds of other people out there who do magic tricks. I feel like that’s what makes a great magician, someone who can do something that nobody else can do.

[..YouTube..] @Mismag277 I’m sorry even Mismag822 ruins magic. Even jay jay/freemagiclive have been stepping out of the line a little bit recently.
1) Mismag ruins magic not by giving away the secrets to the ones he shows, but by holding competitions. When he holds these and everyone rushes to make a video of their best/favorite trick, he’s encouraging everyone to “spill the beans”. He needs to just teach what he wants to teach and stop getting everyone else to spoil great tricks.

2) Jayjay has stepped over the line in this way: instead of constantly giving away tricks and feeding all the leechers who don’t want to flip a penny or do anything to learn ‘real’ magic, jay jay needs to leave some of the explaining out. Yes, he does this in some tricks, but there are others that I’m shocked he would give away. There’s no point in him having a package to sell if he’s going to keep making videos. There’s got to be a point where you can’t really share anymore and just pay

Basically, last week I did one of “your” tricks at a party, then some dudes at the party just found your video online at the party (as anyone can with little effort) which told them how the trick worked. Thus I looked like an idiot…..
