You can compare it somewhat to learning how to ride a bike – at first it’s really hard to find your balance and it feels like you have a million things to think about. But as you get on your bike more and more, you start getting the hang of it, and before you know it, you can hop on your bike for a ride and not even think about how it all works. You just do it cos it has gone into your sub-conscious mind!
