You've got all 4 kings on top of the deck, and when fanned out, your concealing them. then when your turning over the cards, your transferring 2 of the kings from top to bottom. I guess the reason they don't see it, is probably the same reason they don't see the Hindu Force. They just don't know what to expect, and when you don't know what to expect, you don't really question it. Ok Sorry for so many comments, but i think i figured it out.
