Completely agree with you about there being only a bad or boring performance. I’ve seen quite a few performances that were actually some great tricks, but the performer just didn’t present it well. Or the complete opposite where the trick was so-so, but the presentation was so great that everybody loves it.

I have an issue with lacking confidence when it comes to performing my tricks. I find that doing them for friends and coworkers first seems to help…then after I get a few of them going, it becomes easier to pull tricks off for others.
